Cancellation Policy We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% fee of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. This policy allows me to offer appointment times to other guests. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and business.
